Part of our strategy for the next 5 years is to invest in growing our Victorian footprint, through various initiatives like our newly launched Dandenong office to service a burgeoning business district and our new Graduate Solicitor Program. The Program allows us to recruit practically trained junior lawyers so as to provide more flexible and experienced junior resource options to both our Partners and client base. Graduates may support both the Melbourne and Dandenong office. Applications for this Program open in October 2011.
We also welcome discussions with senior practitioners who have local practices and might be looking to make the transition into partnership.
