We have been leading the mortgage industry for the past thirty years and conceived the idea of mortgage origination as it is now known in Australia. The firm continues to work with leading lenders, funders and intermediaries on innovation and refinement of the industry.
In a pioneering move in early 2000, gadens lawyers established a specialist documentation and settlement company to help streamline the mortgage process for participants in the mortgage industry. Since its establishment, we have experienced remarkable growth and have around 230 staff in seven offices Australia wide.
